Holy Communion
Holy Communion or the Eucharist is the sacrament in which we receive the Body and Blood of Christ. The liturgical life of the Church revolves around the sacraments, with the Eucharist at the center. In the gospels we learn that the Eucharist was instituted at the Last Supper and at Mass we are fed by the Word and nourished by the Body and Blood of Christ. We believe that the Risen Christ is truly and substantially present in the Eucharist.
Children’s preparation for their First Holy Communion is provided through our Religious Education programs; adults are prepared through our RCIA program.
