We will continue to livestream the 11:00 am Mass on the Immaculate Conception FaceBook page (click FB icon on website) this Sunday, September 27. 

 CCD – Registration is now open on our website for both returning and new families to enroll for Immaculate Conception CCD Classes.  Register as soon as possible.  Cost is $25 for one child; $75 for 3 or more children per family.  Checks made payable to Immaculate Conception.  You may drop payment off at the parish office, however, please note in the memo line that his payment is for CCD.  Classes begin Sunday, September 27.  We are looking for adult volunteers for teachers and substitutes for certain grades.  If you are interested in volunteering, or for more information re: CCD program, contact Sr. Maria SJI at 304-622-8243 or email [email protected] 

RCIA – The first meeting will be held Thursday, October 1, beginning at 7 pm at the parish center.  The topic will be “Faith and Revelation".  If you know someone who is interested in becoming a Catholic, please call the Parish Office at 304-622-8243 or they can register online on the Immaculate Conception website (www.icclarksburg.com).  For more information on the RCIA program, email Fr.  Fr. Casey will be blessing animals on the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, Sunday, October 4 at 3:00 pm on the Rectory lawn.

 A Rosary Rally will be held on Saturday, October 10, at Noon at the VA Park, Hilltop Shelter. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed.

Parish Nurse Ministry

  • The Seasons of Hope Program continues on Saturdays, from 10 am to Noon at the parish center.  Masks and social distancing will be mandatory.  Please contact Theresa White at 304-623-1302 or Mary Jo Flaherty at 304-622-4147 to register.
  • A Bible study focusing on Aging and Well Being will take place every Friday 10 am to Noon at the parish center.  Sessions run through October 9. 
  • Due to COVID19, we are unable to host our live health fair this year.  We are planning a series of virtual mini-health fairs that parishioners can attend live or watch via recordings.  Watch for more information!

Daily mass times are 8:00 am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 7:00 pm on Wednesdays.  Weekend masses are Saturday 4:30 pm; Sunday at 8:00 and 11:00 am.  Doors will open twenty (20) minutes prior to each service and close shortly after each service for sanitizing. (We ask all those attending daily mass to leave your kneeler down when you exit after mass so the cleaning crew will know what specific areas need cleaned/sanitized.)

Confessions are held on Saturdays at 3:00 pm in the 
church.  Social distancing guidelines will be followed and masks are required.

Thank you to all those coming to mass and following the guidelines to prevent the spread of the virus to anyone who may be vulnerable.  When attending mass please keep in mind the following: social distancing guidelines are followed at all times; social gatherings before and after mass are prohibited; p
arishioners enter and exit through two designated side doors; all parishioners are required to wear masks (covering both nose and mouth) during services; there is no holding of hands during the Lord’s Prayer; there is only one line for communion; parishioners may place their offerings in the basket as they go to communion; and taking communion on the tongue is discouraged.
